Women and Politics- Mrs.Shweta Mahale Patil (MLA-Member Of Legislative Assembly)

 How different it feels like when you see a working woman who rule the house and also politics. It gives us different energy and surrounding. It was such an honour to interview a very strong and bold and also the only Lady from BJP who’s member of Legislative Assembly from vidharbha Mrs. Shweta

Mahale Patil. Woman put up all efforts in building her own family, people and keep her strength constant. Its been many years that she’s working in Bhartiya Janta Party and she’s very young MLA. I asked her.”Do you believe that having women political leadership provide a different voice?” She said that, its very true to know that we have greater ratio in man today and in that situation I believe that to solve women problems we need a lady, a man can put up his strong position but its only a woman who can understand another woman and its actually impacting and also there has been great help in solving problems and also holding up that equality. As now we having lockdown Mrs.Shweta has been helping people majorly in lot many ways to prevent this situation so there were lot many villages where people didn’t had clue about how to take precautions and maintain hygiene for that she took a very intelligent step to open a “Dhwani Rath” where she acknowledged people about using masks, maintaining hygiene and social distancing and much more to prevent Corona Virus. And In early phase of the virus there was so much difficulty for people to buy masks as they were out of stock and some were expensive, there is society of women where they form a group maybe for savings or like for some general things with them Mrs.Shweta helped people to get masks and they crossed across giving them 25000-30000 masks. There were lot many vegetable shops where we see lot many people together so she planned out to make them shift to ground in a huge area so people could maintain distancing and she made sure about the migrants travelling from places and to bring back people who wanted to comeback with lot of safety and precautions. When I asked her about her opinion on society dragging women down, she said that it was always said that women do everything with sympathy but now the situation has changed and so it was before, today we see lot many working women, who work for hours and also take care of household chores. Corruption in women is so less with her point of view and women are building a great society and women are holding so strong that no one can take her back. She advised future female leaders to hold the nation strong and to take education and give education. There are lot many women in society today working so hard and have been making better world. A women like Mrs.Shweta is not only holding a power but also sharing her strong bond with public and inspiring every person to be like her. It really creates different impact to be a women political leader and she did choose to be that brave and powerful.
