From Miss. India to IAS - Miss. Aishwarya Sheoran

 

Meet Miss. Aishwarya Sheoran, her journey started long back when she was 18 years old who became finalist in Miss.India with the title of Beauty with Purpose. With that purpose she secured her passion and hobby both and have set an example for everyone. " Its not about struggle but constancy" said by Miss. Aishwarya. Two years back in May 2018, she wanted to fulfill her passion and prepare for UPSC examination, she did focused on herself and goals and she started preparing with all dedication and focus and today she secured

with All India Rank 93, in first attempt with the preparation of only one year she did this. She did take all the opportunities when she got in modelling from ramp walks to shoots which she always enjoyed and after graduation she did put constant efforts in her preparations to make her dreams come true. When I asked her about how she define hobby and passion in life as many aspirants be so constant reading books that they forget to fulfill both; she answered," We should not divide this world into black and white, if you follow a balance approach for anything you can find time to do whatever you like. UPSC exam preparation is tough exam, you need to prepare a lot, syllabus is open and there is vast information, to balance my hobby and passion was to have 10+8+6 technique (10 hours-study,8 hours-sleep and 6 hours- Activity and self time)". Miss. Aishwarya talked about her modelling career which she did quite for UPSC, and shes grateful for the self-confidence,professionalism,work ethics she gained from modelling and calls it helpful for civil service examination as well. She always did balance her timing while preparations, after constant study everyday she gave time for herself, she even did take Sundays off where she could shop,eat,chat and do many such activities. In a year without coaching, Miss. Aishwarya did crack this exam with all her family support, for like interview preparation she did take help of her family as setting them up as panel and answering questions. Her journey is very inspiring about how she did believe in herself and how she managed time and experienced both the field. She's definitely role model for everyone today.
